The Israeli occupation has refrained from trying to kill more than 100 Palestinian martyrs

Negotiations between the military prosecution of the Israeli occupation and the lawyer of two soldiers who killed Samir Awad, a 16-year-old Palestinian boy, in January 2013 revealed that the prosecution did not indict in 110 murders that resulted in the deaths of Palestinians by the Israeli army since the same year.

The defense lawyers quoted the two soldiers as saying during the deliberations before the military court in Lod that the army "selectively submits indictments."

The official newspaper said that the official data obtained by lawyers Idan Bisah and Shlomo Rakhafi, that during the past seven years has condoned the death of 110 Palestinians by Israeli soldiers, but the prosecution filed indictments in four cases only.

In the meantime, the Military Appeals Committee continues its deliberations today in the request of the murdered soldier, Eleor Azaria, who was executed in March 2015, when he was lying on the ground, Of his sentence in prison.
The Israeli occupation court sentenced the murderer, Eleazar Azaria, to 18 months' imprisonment, after which he was sentenced to four months in prison, following a decision by the army's chief of staff, General Gadi Eisenkot.

The crime of Eleazar Azaria exposed the policy of executions carried out by the occupation army in the year 2015 to overcome the uprising of individuals, especially since the murder of Abdel-Fattah al-Sharif was documented on the camera of a Palestinian activist for B'Tselem.

While no other action was taken against the other soldier who was executed in the same operation, Ramzi al-Qasrawi at the crime scene in Hebron. The soldiers shot and killed the martyr, who was seriously wounded, but he was still alive.

On March 24, 2015, Al-Shahidin Abdul-Fattah Al-Sharif and Ramzi Al-Qasrawi attempted to carry out an operation against Israeli soldiers, but the Israeli soldiers executed them by firing squad even after they were wounded.

In the military orders, statements made by then-Minister of Defense Moshe Ya'alon and ministers in the government, the occupation reinforced the demand for execution in the field against anyone trying to carry out an operation against the occupation and its soldiers.
